Digital Products: After a PDF has been accessed the sale is final. Please reach out to info@bethebossandmore.com for assistance if you have trouble retrieving your PDF. 

 

Services: During your Free Consultation (if applicable to your service) you will learn that once your project has commenced no refunds will be initiated. Although revisions are allowed (for branding elements), use your Free Consultation to ensure that you and your Brand Designer are on the same creative page (but they'll guide you through it).
